The pop cakes course is super popular not only because it looks super cute but very easy to eat and carry. It can be eaten without being cut. That’s why kids love it so much.
This is a “6 lessons complete ” course where you can learn all of over 50 types of technology.
Once mastered the basic technology, you can create your own designs freely. There is no doubt that it will play an active part in various events such as Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s and birthday!

And most importantly, JSA developed this course on the basis of “pursuing deliciousness”. In the JSA  Cake pops Instructor Certificate Course, not only the works of the 6 lessons all have different tastes, but also the sugar-reduced recipes are used to produce flavors and textures that are loved by adults and children alike.

In addition, although cake pops originated in USA, they are very popular as a decorative dessert in the world today, but there are still very few classrooms to learn in Singapore.

Lesson 1『The basics of cake pops』Cheesecake Flavour

You will learn:
• How to make dough that suitable for lollipop cakes (only oral instructions)

• How to knead the dough

• How to insert the lollipop stick

• How to use and coat chocolate

• How to colour

• How to use shaping chocolate

• How to paste decorative accessories…


Lesson 2『Tea Time』Chocolate Flavour

You will learn: The method of golden color drawing, the method of making dripping cake, the method of double-layer chocolate coating, and the method of presenting the uneven texture.

Lesson 3『Kids Party』Strawberry Flavour

You will learn:
Striped pattern chocolate coating method (2 types), height difference presentation method and how to draw patterns on lollipop using piping bag.

Lesson 4『Fashion』Coffee Flavour

You will learn:
How to use tools to shape, how to present diamond patterns, how to draw patterns, and how to write on it.

• T-shirt


Lesson 5『Baby Items』Maple Flavour

You will learn:
3 equal parts of chocolate coating method, three-dimensional production method, feather drawing method
• Rabbit
• Ball
• Rubber ducking


Lesson 6『Graduation Exam』Salted Caramel Flavour

Combine the skills learned in the first five lessons to make 2 original lollipop cakes.
Passing the graduation exam means you can start your own class as a JSA certificated instructor (including the same certificate course). It does not mean that you will get the certificate after finishing our course. You NEED to pass the graduation exam to become our JSA instructor! (If you don’t pass at the exam, you need to retake!)

• After passing the graduation exam, you need to register as a lecture(Authorized registration fee yen without tax) · annual fee ) After registration you will receive a certification from Japan Salonaise Association in 4 weeks.
